Asiago Cheese Dip With Artichoke

If you’re looking for a delicious appetizer, try this asiago cheese dip with artichoke recipe.  It’s great for parties or family gatherings and can be served hot or cold.  It goes well with a wide variety of chips, crackers, and bread. It’s sure to be a big hit.

Asiago Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
  • 2 cups Asiago cheese – grated
  • ½   cup Mayonnaise I use light mayo
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt, plain or 1⁄2 cup sour cream
  • Dash Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 6 -8 ounces Artichoke hearts, marinated mashed or small dices
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Mash up the artichoke hearts in a bowl along with the minced garlic.

  2. Add the other ingredients. Mix it all together and refrigerate until using.
  3. Can be served hot or cold. To serve hot bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
  4. Serve with pita chips, bruschetta, crackers or bread.
