Caramel Toffee Fluff Recipe
This Caramel Toffee Fluff recipe makes a great dessert or a perfect sweet for a church or school luncheon. Give it a try and enjoy!!
1 small box vanilla pudding
1 small box butterscotch pudding
3 C Milk (I used 1 ½ C vanilla/caramel coffee creamer, 1 ½ C milk)
8 oz cream cheese – room temperature
1 8 oz cool whip
½ package chocolate covered graham cracker cookies – crumbled
½ 8 oz package Heath brickle
In my KitchenAid Stand Mixer, with the whisk attachment, mix puddings with 3 C milk and set aside. Also in the KitchenAid mixer, whip the cream cheese. Blend in pudding mix. By hand, fold in cool whip, cookie crumbles and brickle (save some cookie crumbles and brickle for the top). Pour into container and top with cookie crumbles and brickle. Refrigerate before serving.
Variations: Could use any liquid in the pudding (I used coffee creamer). Could also use mini marshmallows and/or diced apples in the pudding for a variety. Could add a tsp salt and drizzle with caramel for a Salted Caramel Fluff.
