This recipe makes 48 mini sandwiches for a reason.  They are like Lay’s potato chips, nobody can eat just one!  And many of them won’t stop at two.  They make a great dish to pass at any party or picnic.

Oven baked ham and cheese sliders go great with baked beans, potato salad, chips or any other potluck type of food.  They go fast, so set a couple aside for yourself after they’re finished cooking.  Give them a try, we’re sure you’ll love them!

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS
  • 48 Each Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
  • Shaved Honey Ham
  • Slices Swiss cheese cut in 4
  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese softened (to this I added chives, ¼ C Dijon Mustard, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, and Salt)
  • 1 ½ C Butter melted
  • ¾ C Grated Parmesan
  • 1 T Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 T CheesePoppy Seeds
Instructions
PREPARE
  1. Cut the rolls in half. Place roll bottoms in 9×13 inch pans.
  2. Place Ham and Swiss Cheese on roll bottoms.
  3. On each of the roll tops, spread a generous amount of the cream cheese spread.
  4. Return the tops to the bottoms making sandwiches.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the butter, Worcestershire sauce, Poppy seeds, and Parmesan cheese.

  6.  Pour the mixture over your sandwiches and let sit for at least 20 minutes (or make ahead and sit overnight).

TIME TO BAKE
  1. Place the sandwiches, covered in foil, in a pre-heated 350 degrees F oven.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes or until warmed through. Enjoy!!
