Delicious And Healthy No Bake Cheesecake

If you’re looking for a dessert with less sugar, lower in fat and still full of flavor, try this healthy no bake cheesecake recipe.  This is the “Lite” version of our no bake cheesecake recipe you can find on our website.

This cheesecake is refreshing, delicious, and full of flavor.  Like the original recipe, be sure to allow enough time for the crust to cool and the filling to set before serving.  If you don’t tell anyone this is a lite dessert, they will never know.  Give it a try, you’ll love it.

Lite No Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients
  • 2 – 8 oz ⅓ less fat cream cheese (or fat free) – soft
  • 3 Tbl Stevia
  • 1 C Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 12 oz Lite Cool Whip
Instructions
  1. Cream together cheese and stevia.

  2. Blend in sour cream and vanilla.

  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Spoon into cooled 10” graham cracker crust (recipe follows).
  5. Chill until set (approximately 4 hours).
  6. Top with fresh fruit or can of favorite pie filling.

Graham Cracker Crust
  1. * 2 pkgs (20 rectangles) graham crackers – crushed
  2. * Dash cinnamon

  3. * 2 Tbl Stevia

  4. * 6 Tbl butter – melted

  5. Mix all together.

  6. Press into 10” springform pan (I use the base of a drinking glass to press).
  7. Bake in warm oven 5 minutes.
  8. Cool completely before filling.
