Asiago Artichoke Dip
Ingredients

cups
Asiago cheese - grated
½
cup
Mayonnaise
I use light mayo
½
cup
Greek yogurt, plain
or 1⁄2 cup sour cream
Dash
Cayenne pepper
1/2
tsp
Salt
2
cloves
Garlic
minced
6 -8
ounces
Artichoke hearts, marinated
mashed or small dices
1/2
tsp
Lemon juice
Instructions
Mash up the artichoke hearts in a bowl along with the minced garlic.
Add the other ingredients. Mix it all together and refrigerate until using.
Can be served hot or cold. To serve hot bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
Serve with pita chips, bruschetta, crackers or bread.
