Slow Cooker Beef Roast
Ingredients
Beef Chuck Roast
or pork shoulder

Onion
sliced into wedges
½
C
Beef Broth
Salt
Pepper
2
Cloves
Garlic
minced

Coffee
ground
Instructions
To start, place onion wedges on bottom of the slow cooker and pour in beef broth.
Spray frozen roast with olive oil and sprinkle one side with salt & pepper and place face down on top of onions.
Sprinkle top of roast with Salt & pepper, minced garlic (or garlic powdeand ground coffee.
Set slow cooker on low and leave for 8-10 hours (4-5 hours on high).
Remove roast to a plate and cover. Pour juice and onion mixture into pan (could strain off faand thicken. Ready to serve, enjoy!!
